• Member of the District 5360 Youth Exchange Executive
• Facilitate planning and delivery of the 5 orientation weekends annually: Outbound Orientations in January, March and May; Inbound Orientations in August (with Rotex debriefing) and September
• Responsible for planning the September, January and May orientation weekends together with the Lead Student Coordinator
• Oversee work of other designated Orientation committee members (Inbound/Re-Entry weekend and Red Deer Weekend) and the Rotex Liaison
• Liaison between the Program Leads and the District Youth Exchange Executive Committee
• Liaison to the District Conference Planning committee related to the Inbound program
