Red Deer Orientation Information and Registration Form
The Orientation in Red Deer will be held at the Red Deer Lodge March 5-7, 2010.
Attendance at this event is mandatory for:
•Outbound students and at least one of their parents/guardians.
•Outbound Counselors
•Inbound Students
•Rotex (Outbounds from 2008/2009)
All student’s accommodations are arranged by the Youth Exchange Committee
All adults must make own arrangements for accommodations
Specials notes for this year:
•Inbounds are to bring pictures (hard copies) of themselves while on exchange.
•All students are to bring a swimsuit and towel
•Rotex and Inbounds are to bring their Blazers
•Nice clothes are required for the Saturday night banquet
•Outbounds are to bring their current passport (expiry date after Feb 2012)
•There will be no meal on Friday night. Please eat before you arrive.
Please remember: One registration form and one check per Rotary Club.
